Recognition
Application Specifics:
- School Wide(SW) Network Facilitators must apply on behalf of the school via pTrack. (Indicate this under the yellow star 'Recognition' icon in pTrack).
- Program Wide(PW) Local Facilitators will submit an application for recognition here.
Both Program and School Sites must sumbit by December 1st:
- Application for Recognition (Sites should connect with their designated Independent PAPBS Faciliator for the application and submission portocol)
- Updated action plan
- The prior year's annual data (as defined by PaPBS Network guidelines)
- School Wide (school Age)-Submit data to the local, designated Independent PAPBS Faciliator
- Program Wide (Early Childhood)-Submit data in application and via PAPBS Early Childhood Database here.
Both Program and School Sites must Submit by June 30th:
- Completion of the fidelity inventory with the local, Independent PAPBS Facilitator
- The local, Independent PAPBS Facilitator will help ensure the appropriate fidelity measure is utilized.
- Completion of the Self-Assessment Survey(SAS)
- School Wide(School Age)-80% or more of certified staff
- Program Wide (Early Childhood)-80% or more of teaching staff

PAPBS Recognition
The purpose of the Pennsylvania Behavior Support Network's recognition system is to identify and publicly recognize Pennsylvania's Program Wide (PW) Sites and Schools Wide (SW) sites for successful implementation of Poistive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS). It also affords PW Sites, SW Sites, and districts the oppoortunity to accurately self-reflect on their progress implemementing and sustaining PBIS.
